This was translated in whole by a fansub group called Suibian Subs (who also did all of CQL), but the group disbanded and ended their activities unfortunately. You can still get access to their finished work if you know someone, but the links are passed around quietly, so good luck.

Apart from Suibian, so far as I’m aware, only random fan translations exist for the audio drama, and they're spotty and focus on THE shippiest moments, such as:
